Las camas son extremadamente duras y en las habitaciones no cuentan con aire acondicionado y suele encerrarse el calor a la vez huelen a humedad.

El hotel es fantástico, muy bien ubicado, colonial, cómodo.
El hotel es fantástico, muy bien ubicado, colonial, cómodo. Además, la última noche, había un señor tocando piano.
La internet no llega a la habitaciones, porque las paredes son muy gruesas. Además, no hay aire acondicionado, porque no le permiten abrir huecos para la instalación de los mismos. El desayuno es un poco limitado, y nos cobraron extra un café americano, eso me pareció demasiado, cuando el desayuno está incluido.

Extraordinario, sólo el desayuno es muy limitado
La ubicación es única, el hotel está decorado de forma muy bonita, muy confortables las habitaciones y todo el personal es muy amable, excpeto algunos percances que tuvimos con quien atendió a la hora del desayuno. Por lo demás extraordinarias personas y lugar. Sin duda regreso a pesar del desayuno tan pobre que ofrecen.
El único detalle es que el desayuno es muy pobre. Solo incluye un plato de comida y cafe, no incluyen jugo y cuando uno pide un poco más de leche para el café la cobran, si pide un jugo lo cobran, si se pide agua la cobran, la verdad eso si no tiene nada de buena imágen dado que otros alojamientos por menos costo incluyen un desayuno más vasto, la comida en realidad no es muy costosa en países latinoamericanos, lo digo por experiencia, si ofrecieran el jugo incluido en el desayuno y no limitaran la leche el pan y tortillas, e incluyeran un poco de fruta realmente la experiencia sería extraordinaria.
