Great location.

Great location. Everyone was very helpful. Enjoyed eating breakfast outside by the beautiful courtyard. Would definitely stay here again.

Could have used a fan in the room at night.

It was like being in Cuba crossed in between a 60s romantic Indian movie, it was just my sytle

Breakfast was for for a queen.I felt like sleeping beauty in the room,it was like Alice in Wonderland. I am already looking forward to going back there!

There was nothing I didn't like, I would have liked a gym/spa as I'm an fitness fanatic but it was the only hotel I've stayed at that I gladly accepted it didn't

Beautiful!

This hotel was perfect...my wife and I came her from the US and stayed for 5 nights for our anniversary and were blown away by the beauty of the hotel and also felt very well taken care of by the staff. The food was also very good in their restaurant. We ate breakfast there each morning and enjoyed it immensely.

Beautiful place

The hotel is as good as it looks at the pictures, beautiful ! Great bathroom and lovely room

The breakfast could be a bit better and should include coffee AND juice instead of paying extra for one of them... I would also have loved to get a nice book in the room explaning the hotel' very interresting story

Stunning hotel that is truly 5 * in service & Style. A rare find these days!

The whole place was beautifully adorned and rooms luxurious. For being so central the hotel was very quiet and tranquil

Windows were very high in the room so sadly couldn’t see the beautiful view of the mountains.

What was the highlight of Hotel Palacio de Dona Leonor

A fabulous courtyard oasis a stone’s throw from the central square.

The courtyard is lovely. It reminded us of the Interior of the Isabella Stewart gardener Museum and is serene and begs to photographed or enjoyed. It is a lovely oasis for reading very close to the central square. The bathroom was spacious and well equipped. Also, there was a specialty ice cream shop called Sobremesa around the corner with unusual flavors.

Parking is on street or pricey for valet in a lot 2 blocks away. No mini fridge. Staff could have been more welcoming or offered more assistance.

Great stay. Will be coming back.

Beautiful architecture, great breakfast and friendly personell in a central location. Probably one of the best hotels in Guatemala.

There were room scenting devices which created a smell that was slightly too strong and not fitting the rest of the otherwise perfect environment. Scents are obviously something that includes personal judgement.

Stunning hotel, centrally located - do not hesitate to stay here.

We absolutely loved this hotel. The room was beautiful (we were in the Dona Luisa junior suite). We’d open the doors and windows to the inner courtyard and just listen to the fountain, enjoy the beautiful grounds and relax. Everything is exceptionally well maintained. The location is also extremely central, yet you enter the hotel doors and feel like you’re in an oasis. The hotel is also small, so the staff knows who is staying there, which is a small safety feature. Breakfast was included in our rate, and was excellent. Stunning hotel - don’t hesitate staying there. We walked into all the 5 star hotels while in Antigua to see the various properties and this hotel was hands down our favorite!

I wish the staff spoke more English, which I am only noting because this is a 5 star hotel and I heard many English speaking guests while there.

Beautiful boutique hotel.

Beautiful boutique hotel. Amazing location. Beautiful architecture and decor.

Bed was not great but ok. Lacked extra electric outlets close to the bed to charge phone or computer. The shower was ok but a bit small and not easy to turn water on due to door location.

Extra large bed very comfortable. Beautiful restored colonial house.

Parking was not available on the premises. It cost almost $20 bucks additional daily, which the hotel did not warn about in advance.
